Hamilton Second In China Behind Button – Formula 1
Formula 1 season started few weeks ago and after the latest race in China it looks like this season the championship will go to the wire even after the few races. This season there are about 5 to 6 drivers who have the potential to win the championship – Hamilton, Button, Alona, Vettle, Schumacher and even Kubica has a chance to surprise everyone, he has been driving very well. It will just make the whole season exciting just like the football this season in England, Italy and Spain. The new teams and the new drivers are surely going to make it exciting along with the return of the maistro Schumacher.
What I don’t understand is there are 12 teams in formula one this year and only 4 engines. I have always believed that teams should have their own engine if they are participating in a competition. Mercedes has 6 cars, Cosworth has 8 cars, Ferrari has 6 cars and Renault has 4 cars, where in fact there should only be 2 cars from each team to make the competition more open and healthier.
Here is an idea teams like Toyota should come back. There are certainly more out there such as new Audi cars. Car companies such as Volkswagen and Ford should really think about joining formula one. It might expensive but they will receive far better publicity and to be honest I am sure Audi, Ford and Volkswagen can afford it. FIA should really make an effort to get more car companies to participate in Formula 1, it will great for the future of the sports and it will spread it’s audience even wider. Just imagine how it will be like if the teams have their own engine and to see the above car companies participating.
If they can build cars like Audi R8, Audi Q5, Audi A4 Saloon, Ford GT, Bugatti Veyron (owned by Volkswagen) and others they can surely afford to build a Formula 1 car. What do you suggest?
